Referral terms
The friend must be a new adult account holder who enters your invitation at registration. Your invitation must be used at signup; it cannot be added later. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and transfers between family learners do not qualify.
One reward is available per referred friend, after their first genuine, successfully paid monthly membership invoice is confirmed by Stripe. Free, trial, zero-dollar, prorated or discounted invoices, gift purchases and Store purchases do not qualify. You must hold an eligible active recurring monthly plan when the qualifying payment is processed: individual earns $9.95 USD; family earns $14.95 USD. Prepaid gift-only accounts do not earn recurring bill credits.
Your reward covers one month at your eligible membership rate and is applied as a credit toward your next membership bill. It has no cash value, does not add learners, and cannot be transferred. A pending credit is not available until it is confirmed.
If your friend’s payment is refunded or disputed, their referral reward may be canceled or reversed. Credits already used require a review by our team. Processing delays may occasionally affect when a credit appears; contact us if you need help.
